Under the Banner is Back and Book 7 Looks Great!

That is right.  We are back.  I have been leveling my Lore Master, Mikalov, for the past 3 weeks and have been LOVING what Turbine has done with the game.  It seems like the year and a half I was absent was good for both LotRO and myself.  I appreciate such small things now more than ever.

It has not been to long since Mines of Moria, the first major expansion, has been released to the public.  I must admit that Moria is something to behold.  The architecture and map design shows the eye for detail that one who plays this game has come to expect.  I have to admit that I am still trying to wrap my head around some of the new features, so to write about them would not do much justice.  Instead I will be taking a journaling/information take on this.

I will tackle some of the features of the upcoming book 7 content patch in the next few days.  The test realm client is downloading as I type this.  But one feature I am looking forward to reviewing and reporting on is the new map and quest tracking features.  I hope to help explain and enlighten some who have ben QQing on the forums about the good and bad side of this new system. But first I need to get my hands on it.
