Ready for Shores of Evendim? It’s less than one day away now!

So with that in mind, here’s a checklist of things to do to get ready for Shores of Evendim.

Clear your Quest Log
With over 100 new quests there are going to be a lot of quests you’re going to be able to pick up. So take a few minutes to clear out that quest log of yours, you’re going to need some room. First on the list, any grey quest. While it’s nice to be thorough, those grey quests aren’t going to be worth the time nor effort anymore. Then go through the rest of the list and be honest. Those green/blue fellowship quests? By the time you’re done in Evendim, they’ll likely be grey. If you haven’t done them by now, I doubt you’ll be doing them anytime soon.

Clear out your Bags
Before heading to Evendim, make sure you clear out your bags. Do you really need all those different potions, scrolls, multiple tools, etc? The last thing you want to do is have to stop questing cause your bags are full. So clean them out. Might be a good opportunity to go through your bank as well.

Create a “Mule”
A “mule” is a term for a character that’s created for the sole purpose of holding onto stuff. Also referred to as a bank toon, auction house toon, etc. If you haven’t created an alt by now to send stuff to, tonight might be a good time to do so. An extra vault (bank) and 5 extra bags can be extremely helpful when you’re working with limited space. South Bree, right by the AH is a great location to base your “mule”. Remember, you can skip the whole tutorial/intro so creating a mule requires little time investment.

Stock up on Blueberry Muffins!
Every good adventurer knows not to leave home without a stack of muffins! Okay, maybe blueberry muffins aren’t your thing but the point is, make sure to stock up on food to keep your downtime low.

Sharpen your tools
Tonight would be a good night to see about upgrading those tools of yours. Especially for you farmers out there. Chances are you haven’t been spending a whole lot of time farming before now and you’re still using starter tools. Upgrade those hoes!

Go Shopping IRL
That’s right! Nothing worse than being in the middle of a good gaming session to find yourself out of coffee, soda, beer, or even out of toilet paper! Don’t let this happen to you!
