Another reason to love Turbine. They are being proactive and listening to the community. A fantastic post can be found in this amazing post by Patience over on the official forums. She says about Gold Farmers.

Regarding reporting gold sellers:

I have +Nod standing at my desk right now. They have SO many tickets coming in for the gold farmers that they can’t respond to them all, but, they are acting on them. Most of the gold sellers are getting reported multiple times by multiple players, so when the GMs ban the gold seller, they’re closing all of the associated tickets. They just don’t have the bandwidth to acknowledge them all.

That said, +Nod wanted me to convey the GM team’s gratitude for our players’ diligence in reporting the gold sellers, and to let you guys know to please continue reporting them if you see them. The GM team has already banned a pretty good number of them tonight. While you guys grind mobs, they’re grinding goldfarmers.
